Kanimambo Studios

Kanimambo Studios is a non-profit multimedia program through which for 15 years we have been assisting local musicians and artists, artisans and organizations with various basic services such as music demo recordings and productions, promotional videos and documentaries, photography projects, design of business cards and other promotional material. We also provide basic training for musicians in all digital hardware and software that we utilize in the studio, emphasizing the importance of becoming more self-sufficient in the various technical fields they will depend on to make a living. The high costs of most commercial multimedia services in Africa are prohibitive for most people and we believe that every talented artist deserves at least a chance in their lifetime to have their dream realized.

The Munati Choir

The Munati Choir of Zambia recorded their first album "Onani" in 2004. The CD is a compilation of eight beautiful  Zambian traditional songs arranged and performed by Munati. All the tracks were recorded and produced by Mwana Bermudes at his mobile Kanimambo Studios in Lusaka, assisted by Munati's members Erick Kazetu and Simon Kalommo.
